Programming Tips
================

Run the program 'Procs\runme1st.prg' every time you start working with
  the project Measunit.pjx.

Measures autoconverting and displaying feature can be activated by
inserting the following code into the GotFocus and InteractiveChange
events of the corresponding textboxes or any other control that
wishes to display the value in different measurement units:

  = MEASURE(THIS.Value, <cUnit>)

<cUnit> here is the measure unit code, one of the symbolic constants
figured above and defined in Includes\measure.h, for example MEASURE_IN.

If you use any other of our solutions see the preprocessor directives
  in the file Includes\measure.h:

  *#DEFINE FKEYBARUSED .T.
  *#DEFINE LOCKEDTOOLBARSUSED .T.
  *#DEFINE GETSAVEFORMINFOUSED .T.
  *#DEFINE OBJAPPFRAMEWORKUSED .T.

Uncomment (remove asterisk '*') to turn on the corresponding facilities,
then recompile all class libraries and forms.

FKEYBARUSED - use context sensitive functional key bar
LOCKEDTOOLBARSUSED - lock toolbars when a modal form is active
GETSAVEFORMINFOUSED - save and restore form's position on the screen,
                         current modes, and form size
OBJAPPFRAMEWORKUSED - our Application Framework is used

If you are running VFP 6.0 or VFP 5.0!
  --------------------------------------

Attempts to open 'meashort' menu will produce the error message because
the menu is developed under VFP 8.0 and contains new facilities - pictures
in menu items. Open the Project Manager window. Remove 'meashort' menu,
then Rename 'meashrt6' menu to 'meashort', Modify it and Generate menu
  program file 'meashort.mpr'.
